Case Management

Upon entering our program, Youth are assigned a Case Manager who will follow him/her throughout their time with Rise Above for Youth.  The goal of the Case Management process is to assist youth in creating personal goals for growth and program completion.  Our clinicians work to ensure all participants explore and grow in the areas of physical, social, and emotional areas of their lives.  This is accomplished through an comprehensive intake process, goal setting, and ongoing assessment of progress toward established goals.
